DID YOU KNOW? The words "toning", "bulking" and "cardio" are slang fitness words with no real scientific meaning. Either you are burning fat, building muscle and/or improving your heart's capabilities ALL THE TIME or you are going backwards. You either grow or regress, nothing stands still!
These are smart words to keep in mind when it comes to exercise. So many times, we focus too much on what or who we want to look like. We don't think about what we need to actually do to achieve those things. If we keep in mind what's going on inside of us and how to control it, our results will come back stronger than ever.
