Reflections
I'm not upset by the smaller than expected weight-loss. I had an explosive week for exercise and I played outside more than I have in years! I had almost 5 hours of low level cardio just from walking and playing (and a little yard work, which I enjoyed). I'm going to keep up this level of activity and I know that I'll see the results I'm looking for.
My diet went really well this week as well. I got in a shipment from GNC of new vitamins, one of which being a new protein powder that I love!
I've got some good sunlight this past week with a little bit of burning that should fade into a nice tan.
Goals for Next Week
Just because I didn't meet my goal for April doesn't mean that I'm going to miss the boat entirely. Weight, like age, is just a number. It's how you feel that is most important. I feel awesome, therefor I am awesome.
I want to stick with my diet. Still no cheating. Depending on how the week goes, I might throw in an I.F. day.
If I can keep on this gym routine, I'll be doing awesome. I'm going to be bringing in some outside help this week in the form of a personal trainer. (More about him later)
